When I was a kid, my mom would make a soup à tous sorte de chouse. It was a soup made with all the leftover vegetables that was in the fridge. A very common practice in our area. But my goodness I hated that soup. As a kid I didn't like vegetables. But things didn't get wasted then.
Fast forward to a few years ago when I started making jelly and I'd have a cup of blueberry juice left, 1/2 a cup of cranberry juice etc...I didn't want to throw it away but what to do with these bits and bobs of juice? Why not make jelly!
And I did. So if you like surprises, this is the jelly for you. Because you have no idea what it's going to taste like...well except that it's going to be tasty.
