In the Acadian language, cranberries are called poummes de pré. In standard French they're canneberges. But we prefer poummes de pré ''small apples found in the fields''.
Our cranberry jelly is bursting with that perfect sweet-and-tart flavour everyone loves. Made in small batches, it has a bright, fresh taste and a gorgeous deep red colour. It’s the kind of homemade goodness that makes toast, biscuits, or even a turkey sandwich taste better. Spoon it over cream cheese, pair it with supper, or just sneak a little straight from the jar — we won’t tell!
