A sweet, floral jelly inspired by Bernadette’s love of lilacs.
Created in honor of my grandmother Bernadette, who adored lilacs and tended a huge lilac tree in her front yard, this jelly carries both flavor and memories. Unfortunately, that lilac tree is long gone so the blossoms used are harvested just up the road from a neighbor’s abundant lilac bush, gathered with care and permission.
Delicately sweet with a gentle floral note, our lilac jelly offers a unique taste of spring in bloom. Spread it on warm toast or fresh biscuits for a fragrant morning treat, or serve it alongside cheeses and pastries to bring an elegant touch to your table.
Handcrafted in small batches, this jelly is more than a flavor—it’s a story of tradition, community, and cherished memories.
